With Easter only moments away it is hard to resist the so-called ‘chocolate eggs’ that lurk at every grocery store corner or check out. Even the television calls out to us with messages on how we need to buy and try these candy treats, never really understanding if the packaged good we throw in our grocery cart is the ‘better of all the evils’ in regards to candy choices.
